As you build your quiz Samai automatically creates a new area in your CRM to store all the answers. Simply visit a respondents' contact record in 'Contacts', scroll down and you'll see your quiz title below the 'Additional Info' area. Click the right hand down arrow and this section will expand for you to see all the quiz answer data.
YES! You can tag respondents based on their answers and their overall outcomes/scores. This is done via the 'Automations' area where you can build an automation to trigger the assignment of a tag when a respondent answers in a particular way.
YES! You can send a single email, or enter the respondent into a series of emails after they have submitted their details on the quiz data capture form. This is done via the 'Automations' area where you can build an automation to trigger when your quiz form is submitted, and the following action can be any number of emails.
